Creators: your email address, profile details (name, link, niche, bio, photo), your rates, the inquiries and rate cards you create, and whether you asked us to email you (with the date you asked). Brands: the name, email, company, and request you submit through a creator's page.
Only to run the Service: showing creator pages, delivering inquiries and rate cards, and sending the push notifications you turn on (we store the subscription your device gives us, and remove it when you turn them off or delete your account). LinkRate never emails brands. Rate cards are sent by creators themselves, from their own email or messaging apps. We email a creator only if they asked us to when setting up their account, we record when they asked, and the switch to stop is on Your page. If you accept analytics cookies we also count anonymous page views, so we know which parts of LinkRate get used. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
Your account, your pages and your rate cards are stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (database and file storage). Anonymous usage statistics go to Google Analytics, and nothing that identifies you personally is sent there.
Two cookies are always on: one keeps you logged in, one remembers your language. We also use Google Analytics to see whether LinkRate is working. Its cookies stay off until you accept them on the small bar at the bottom of the page, and if you say no, Google only receives an anonymous ping with no cookie. No advertising cookies, and ad personalisation is switched off for good. Rate-card opens are counted (a timestamp plus a hashed IP, never the raw address) so creators can see whether a card was viewed. A creator opening their own card isn't counted.
When a brand submits an inquiry, the creator sees the details the brand entered. When a creator sends a rate card, the brand sees the creator's public profile and the card contents. Creators' login email addresses are not shown on rate cards or public pages.
We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account and everything in it yourself, at any time, from Your page. For a copy of your data or a correction, email us and we'll act on it within 30 days. EU/UK (GDPR) and California (CCPA) residents can exercise their rights the same way.
