Creators: your email address, profile details (name, link, niche, bio, photo), your rates, and the inquiries and rate cards you create. Brands: the name, email, company, and request you submit through a creator's page.
Only to run the Service: showing creator pages, delivering inquiries and rate cards, and sending transactional email (login links, inquiry notifications, acceptance confirmations). We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.
Data is stored on Cloudflare infrastructure (database and file storage). Transactional email is delivered by Brevo, which processes recipient addresses on our behalf.
We set one essential cookie to keep you logged in — no analytics or advertising cookies. Rate-card opens are counted (a timestamp plus a hashed IP, never the raw address) so creators can see whether a card was viewed. A creator opening their own card isn't counted.
When a brand submits an inquiry, the creator sees the details the brand entered. When a creator sends a rate card, the brand sees the creator's public profile and the card contents. Creators' login email addresses are not shown on rate cards or public pages.
We keep your data while your account is active. You can request a copy of your data, correction, or deletion at any time — email us and we'll act on it within 30 days. EU/UK (GDPR) and California (CCPA) residents can exercise their rights the same way.
