LinkRate ("the Service") lets creators share rates and receive brand inquiries through a personal link. By using it you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login email secure. You must be 18 or older.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to spam, mislead, infringe others' rights, or break the law. We may suspend accounts that do.

4. Your content

You own what you publish (rates, profile, messages). You grant us a license to host and display it so the Service can function.

5. No warranty & liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost deals.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes.
