LinkRate ("the Service") lets creators publish the deliverables they offer, receive brand inquiries through a personal link, and send rate cards in reply. By creating an account or submitting an inquiry you agree to these terms.
You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your login email (or connected Google/Apple account) secure. You must be 18 or older to use the Service.
Don't use the Service to spam, impersonate others, mislead, infringe intellectual-property rights, or break the law. Don't probe, scrape, or disrupt the Service. We may suspend or remove accounts that do.
You own what you publish — your profile, rates, notes, and messages. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, display, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service (for example, showing your page to brands and delivering your rate cards).
LinkRate carries the conversation, not the contract. Accepting a rate card signals intent; the actual agreement, delivery, and payment happen directly between creator and brand. We're not a party to those deals and don't process payments between you.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including lost deals, lost profits, or lost data.
You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical.
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. If a change is material we'll flag it on the site or by email; continued use after that means you accept the new terms.
